GF partnered with Dittmar Company to reimagine the ground-floor resident and visitor spaces at Randolph Towers, a 500-unit apartment complex in Arlington. The redesigned first-floor reception and lobby now feature a business center, resident lounge with kitchen, mail room, guest center, restrooms, and management offices. A glass-enclosed gas fireplace serves as the focal point of the lounge, enclosed by a curved wood veneer wall and transparent glass doors connecting seamlessly to the main reception and concierge areas. GF also curated the furniture and equipment selections to complement the timeless design.
