GF designed Renaissance Strategic Advisors’ (RSA) new headquarters at 1300 Wilson Boulevard to reflect the firm’s identity as thought leaders in national security and their “renaissance men” ethos. The space combined sophistication with subtle classical references, beginning with a chevron marble reception floor and a refined palette of deep navy, crimson, warm whites, raw steel, and rich walnut accents.
The breakroom was conceived as a dual-purpose environment to foster collaboration and interpersonal connection. One area features casual lounge and banquette seating, while the other includes a large custom “family-style” table crafted from reclaimed wood and raw steel. A free-standing custom entertainment center divides the space and accommodates AV needs for impromptu meetings, supporting RSA’s dynamic work culture.
