GF is leading the architectural and interior design for Restore at Viera, a new 55+ active-adult community located near Pineda Causeway & I-95. The project features four luxury apartment buildings, an estimated 54 carriage and cottage rental homes, and six detached garages across 19 acres. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities including a pool and spa, fitness center, pickleball courts, yoga yard, and more. Construction is now underway, reflecting our local insight and strong partnership with The Berry Company, built through prior collaborations in Charleston. The design balances luxury living with community engagement, with completion anticipated in Fall 2027.
