GF redesigned and implemented new workplace standards for Engility, both locally and nationally. The project transformed a primarily closed office layout into a bright, open, and welcoming environment while increasing workspace capacity for staff. The “office of the future” design incorporates 6’ x 6’ benching workstations with glass-fronted internal offices, maximizing natural light throughout the space.
The floor plan includes phone booths, team/video conferencing rooms, and conference rooms along the internal ring to provide privacy for individual and group calls. A neutral finish palette was paired with colorful, easily updateable accents in painted walls and furniture fabrics. The resulting space supports creativity, collaboration, and productivity, reflecting Engility’s dynamic work culture.
