GF was engaged to build out Texas A&M’s new Washington, DC office at 1747 Pennsylvania Ave, following their contract with Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). The project included a full-floor expansion and a secure suite. The design team collaborated with both TAMUS and LANL to meet requirements for security and growth, while also creating a functional workspace. The space includes a large open office with touchdown desks, five enclosed offices, a phone room, an open pantry, and medium and large conference rooms.
