GF provided architecture and landscape architecture services for The Arch, a multi-family development located in the vibrant College Park neighborhood of Conway, SC. This apartment community consists of 7 buildings with 2- and 4-bedroom units, each featuring in-unit washer/dryers and ensuite bathrooms. GF’s design team modernized the interiors to better align with the residents’ needs, transforming spaces like the library and co-working areas into more dynamic environments. The design also included a student success center, computer rooms, play and social lounges, a café, and multiple exercise rooms.
In addition to the interior upgrades, GF’s Landscape Architecture team addressed several challenges with the development’s outdoor amenities. The renovation and expansion of the outdoor facilities included significant upgrades to the pool area and sports facilities. To enhance the community experience, new passive amenity areas such as lounges, fire pits, and grill stations were created, providing residents with comfortable spaces to relax and socialize.
