GF provided interior design services to renovate an existing lobby space, transforming it into a more cohesive entry, leasing, and coworking environment. Our scope included design, permit drawings, and FF&E. The renovation introduced private offices, a dedicated coworking room, and communal areas, enhancing functionality and flow while creating a welcoming and dynamic space for residents and guests.
