GF is providing architectural services for a 60,000 SF core-and-shell medical office building in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Designed to support a range of outpatient healthcare uses, the building prioritizes flexibility, efficient circulation, and long-term adaptability for future tenants.
The project includes a 8,500 SF facial plastic surgery suite designed to accommodate Quad A–certified office-based procedures. The suite is planned to support clinical efficiency, patient privacy, and regulatory compliance, with thoughtful separation of public, clinical, and staff zones to enhance safety and workflow.
