GF renovated five apartment buildings totaling 109 units of affordable housing. The project included repositioning and updating kitchens to accommodate additional bedrooms in each unit. Energy- and water-saving measures were implemented throughout, natural gas lines were removed, and all appliances were converted to electric. The firm also upgraded fixtures and finishes, replaced doors and windows, and improved ADA accessibility across the buildings.
