GF proudly delivered a comprehensive suite of services for The Lorrel, a luxurious multi-family development spanning 14 acres near the coast of Myrtle Beach, SC. Our strategic design encompassed a variety of amenities, including a pool area, pickleball and bocce ball courts, multiple outdoor grills and firepit spaces, passive seating options, and a dog park.
Our additional design elements included a layout plan, hardscape materials selection and construction details, a planting plan for the entire site, a supplemental grading plan, and a landscape lighting plan. Furthermore, GreenbergFarrow supported construction administration and assisted with furnishing selections for key community spaces, such as the clubhouse, model unit, and pool area.
