The Lorrel is a luxurious multi-family development near the coast of Myrtle Beach, SC, spanning 14-acres. GF strategically designed various amenities throughout the site, including the pool area, pickleball and bocce ball courts, multiple outdoor grills and firepit spaces, passive seating options, and a dog park. Additional design elements included a layout plan, hardscape materials selection and construction details, planting plan for the entire site, supplemental grading plan, and a landscape lighting plan.
