GF provided interior design services for TKO Suites, creating a functional and inviting co-working office environment. The design features a welcoming entry and reception area with custom millwork housing tenant mailboxes, complemented by an open pantry and breakroom shared by all tenants. A formal conference room and multiple huddle spaces enhance collaboration, while private offices offer flexibility for small operations. Distinct design elements, including a custom-built reception desk and a baffle ceiling in the reception area, bring visual interest to the open plenum concept. The Atlanta location marks the first of several TKO Suites projects along the East Coast designed by GF.
