GF collaborated with Allen & Shariff to convert existing laboratory spaces into a combination of open office areas and a single, large open laboratory. The project included reconfiguring lab benches, adding supplemental hoods, snorkels, exhaust for balance enclosures, a walk-in refrigerator, a dehumidification chamber, and safety showers and eyewash stations throughout. The design was executed in two phases to allow USP to occupy the space as quickly as possible, delivering a functional, efficient, and modern lab environment.
