GF repositioned this Class A, 146,000-SF commercial office building with targeted renovations to enhance tenant experience and functionality. Updates included relocating the fitness center and locker rooms, converting a loading dock into a “grab-and-go” and lounge area, and redesigning the building’s lobbies, a public corridor extension, and core restrooms across three floors.
