The development includes 232 apartment units across four distinct building types, along with eight carriage houses and a central clubhouse. Designed with both functionality and community experience in mind, the project balances residential comfort with shared amenities.
GF’s design integrates a resort-style pool with cabana, an outdoor summer house, and a resident clubhouse, creating inviting spaces for residents to gather and relax. The site plan emphasizes connectivity, seamlessly linking the residential buildings with surrounding retail and entertainment options.
