Waverly Park is conveniently located adjacent to Waccamaw Elementary School in Pawleys Island, SC, which serves the Georgetown County Parks and Recreation’s athletics programs and various tournaments. The park complex consists of 4 baseball and softball fields, a central concession building with restroom facilities, score towers, ample parking, all connected by sidewalks. GF’s architects, landscape architects and land planning team meticulously coordinated with multiple disciplines, including mechanical, plumbing, structural, building and site electrical, civil and irrigation to deliver a comprehensive project package to the client. Additionally, GF assisted with bidding, contractor negotiations and provided thorough construction administration services.
