GF’s specialized LEED® and Sustainable Design consulting services offer clients practical and economical green design solutions. Beginning with a clear understanding of the project’s site and program, solutions are developed naturally and are seamlessly integrated into the project.

Having provided LEED® consulting services for a number of clients, GF has been involved with a number of creative solutions pertaining to high energy efficiency, renewable energy, water efficiency, storm water design, construction waste management, recycled/reused materials, indoor air quality and many other innovative measures.

GF’s expertise in integrating sustainable design solutions includes extends from high-rise towers to renovations of existing buildings to new (“out-of-the-ground”) big-box retail stores. Each project included unique solutions that ranged from being LEED® accredited to integrating thoughtful sustainable elements.

GF is a corporate member of the United States Green Building Council, and several of its staff are LEED® accredited professionals. GreenbergFarrow has instilled an internal spirit of sustainable design through in-house LEED® certification courses and continuing education seminars.
