GF has successfully completed the new 55,550-square-foot Easley YMCA facility at the McKissick Campus. This new construction includes a pre-engineered metal building structure with blue ACM panels, which greet attendees at the entrances of the compound. The original facility remains adjacent to the new building, which now provides the community with a larger space for social events and activities.
The new structure includes indoor and outdoor walking tracks, a spacious gymnasium, and various facilities for the community to enjoy. Additionally, the project features sports fields and an outdoor pool.
GF provided the full design process, working with Stephens Engineering for MEP, Consulting (MP), and Carolina Engineering Solutions (E), along with structural support from Fuller Consulting Engineers. Collaborating with contractor Hogan Construction Group and civil engineering firm Land Planning Associates of Easley, the GF team is proud to have contributed to the growth of the Easley community.
