GF conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Tri-County Technical College’s academic programs and facility needs, and developed recommendations, implementation strategies, and conceptual visuals for the College Master Plan. Working with Paulien & Associates, an international leader in academic planning, GF provided a suite of services tailored to the College’s goals for in-depth analysis, stakeholder engagement, and actionable planning.
The planning process was structured into five progressive phases, each building upon the last to create a cohesive series of deliverables. These included detailed documentation of findings, strategic recommendations, and conceptual visuals that informed the final report. The completed master plan presents data-driven analysis, targeted recommendations, campus image design concepts, and a clear roadmap for future development.
