GF assisted HGTC with a phased master plan for their Conway campus. The addition of a traffic circle and new entry signage created a dramatic new entrance to the campus. Goals for the master plan were to provide a perimeter loop, push parking to the perimeter of the campus, create a more pedestrian-friendly campus with a campus center, and to accommodate growth.
