GF provided architecture and landscape architecture services for The Farms, a family-oriented community designed to accommodate people of all ages. Situated in a historically agricultural, heavily wooded area, the community takes advantage of its natural privacy and lush surroundings. The heart of the neighborhood features a homestead activities center, surrounded by an outdoor hearth and open-air pavilion, offering spaces for residents to gather and enjoy the outdoors. This design fosters a sense of community while preserving the natural beauty of the site.
