GF provided comprehensive services including architecture, land planning, interior design, and landscape architecture for the transformation of an existing 11,800 square foot auditorium into the Greer Center for the Arts. Located in Greer, South Carolina, the reimagined facility now serves as a vibrant community destination for visual and performing arts. The center features a black box theater, classrooms, and artist-in-residence studios that support a wide range of creative programming. An adjacent park enhances the site with an amphitheater, flexible lawn space for seating and events, walking paths, a playground, and on-site parking. Together, the center and park support the city’s commitment to culture and community.
