Located on the same site as Noble Smoke, Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack houses an independent kitchen for serving supplemental fare (chicken sandwiches). This building was renovated as well as expanded to accommodate a new cooler, restrooms, and indoor/outdoor seating. The new facility includes approximately 1,400 SF of enclosed space as well as a patio, for a capacity of 60 people.
