The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) partnered with GF to reimagine and modernize key spaces within their Basic Sciences Building in Downtown Charleston. The renovations spanned multiple floors, including staff and facility offices on the first floor and lab, classroom, and lecture areas on the second, third, and fifth floors. GF provided MUSC with several schematic designs, offering tailored options to align with their vision and needs.
Our approach embraced seamless functionality, integrating technological upgrades such as electric displays alongside new finishes and furnishings. Construction was carefully phased to ensure minimal disruption, allowing the building to remain fully operational throughout the process.
