Among these features is a resort-style amenity center, boasting a fitness facility, pickleball and bocce ball courts, a scenic waterfront amphitheater, and a community wellness garden with planned space for additional raised beds. Additionally, residents can enjoy a demonstration kitchen, a movie theater, and a clubhouse complete with locker rooms featuring a dry sauna and treatment room.
