GF provided design services for the Mount Holly Citizens Center, a historic adaptive reuse of a late 19th-century textile mill. The project transformed the existing structure into a functional municipal facility while preserving its historic character.
The renovated building houses the Mount Holly Police Department, a dedicated police training room, City Council chambers, and administrative offices for planning and zoning, utilities, parks and recreation, and general city operations. The design balances modern municipal needs with the architectural integrity of the original structure, reinforcing the city’s commitment to preservation and community service.
