The new President and CEO of CEEUS was looking to provide updates to the outdated office and warehouse in West Columbia, SC. GF Design provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation of approximately 18,500 SF of office space, which included a new Level 2 secure entrance and an enlarged employee breakroom and canteen. Updates to the warehouse space consisted of a new covered warehouse, new truck entrance/exit, and a 50,000 SF laydown yard.
