GF provided planning, architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture services for RLOA’s new facility in Hardeville, SC. Situated on 26 acres, this 70,000 SF charter school is divided into three wings: elementary (kindergarten through fifth grade), middle school (sixth through eighth grade), and high school (ninth through 12th grade). The K-12 curriculum incorporates a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) focus, equipping students with the skills needed for the modern economy. Arts integration and project-based learning are seamlessly integrated into this program.
The facility accommodates 740 students and includes various amenities to support their educational journey. GF also assisted the owner with USDA loan applications, ensuring the project’s financial viability.
