GF was proud to contribute to HGTC’s Conway Campus Advanced Manufacturing Center, a 24,668 square-foot facility designed to support cutting-edge manufacturing education. This facility houses specialized spaces, including a machine tool lab, welding lab, CNC lab, classrooms, administrative offices, and additional support areas. The design incorporates a large public circulation spine, with major lab spaces organized along the main corridor, enhancing accessibility and interaction. Key public spaces, such as a conference room and visiting industry partner areas, are located near the building’s main entrance. Faculty offices are strategically situated near their respective labs to foster a collaborative environment. The building features a one-story steel pre-engineered structure with select conventionally framed steel areas, and finishes were carefully chosen for sustainability, ease of maintenance, and functionality. This project earned a Green Globes Two Globes rating for its sustainable design.
GF played a central role in the development of this project, providing architectural, civil engineering, and sustainable design services.
