GF was proud to contribute to HGTC’s Conway Campus Advanced Manufacturing Center, a 24,668 SF facility designed to support cutting-edge manufacturing education. This facility includes specialized spaces such as a machine tool lab, welding lab, CNC lab, classrooms, administrative offices, and additional support areas. The design features a large public circulation spine, with major lab spaces organized along the main corridor to enhance accessibility and interaction. Key public spaces, like the conference room and visiting industry partner areas, are strategically located near the building’s entrance, while faculty offices are positioned near their respective labs to foster collaboration. The building features a one-story steel pre-engineered structure with select conventionally framed steel areas, and finishes were chosen for sustainability, ease of maintenance, and functionality. This project earned a Green Globes Two Globes rating for its sustainable design. GF provided architectural, civil engineering, construction administration, and sustainable design services for the development.
