GF provided architecture and interior design for 205 Water Street, a modern interpretation of DUMBO’s industrial heritage. This award-winning project earned the Brooklyn Building Award in 2013 and achieved LEED Gold certification. The design combines poured-in-place concrete, corten steel, and walnut to create a warm and inviting environment. The 67 luxury condominiums overlook an amenity terrace that blends green space with concrete pavers, offering residents a thoughtful balance of urban living and outdoor retreat.
