Michaels flagship store located in Chelsea’s historical district of Manhattan, required the conversion of existing office space, landlord storage, and a seven-story atrium into a 35,000 SF arts and crafts store. With diligent coordination of existing building systems and the help of 3D modeling, the GF team overcame the challenges of an urban environment and provided Michaels a creative and successful design solution.
