Unsolicited Candidate Introduction Policy
GF does not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles from professional recruiters, employment agencies, vendors, or the like. Any unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles submitted to GF’s career site or directly to any employee, hiring manager, or human resources, immediately become the property of GF. GF reserves the exclusive right to pursue and hire that candidate without any fee obligation to the professional recruiter or employment agency. Without a pre-existing and signed recruiting agency fee agreement, with prior written authorization from the Chief Financial Officer, any commitments (including verbal, email, chat, text, etc.) from any GF employee shall be unauthorized by, and not binding on, GF.
