GF provided architectural services for Riverview Tower, a 13-story residential development for The Beechwood Organization, completed in 2006 at 1514 Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx.
The building was designed to maximize views, with numerous balcony units overlooking the Harlem River and High Bridge Park. An undulating façade adds visual interest while providing privacy for residents. Riverview Tower includes amenities such as a parking deck, laundry facilities on each floor, and a landscaped common terrace. The development comprises 96 one- and two-bedroom rental apartments.
