Located at 1514 Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx, this 13-story residential project for The Beechwood Organization was completed in 2006. This project, known as the Riverview Tower, was as sited and planned to provide numerous balcony units that open onto prime views of the Harlem River and High Bridge Park; the building also features an undulating side to add visual interest and add privacy to the balconies. The Riverview Tower features amenities such as a parking deck, laundry facilities on each floor and a landscaped common terrace for use by residents. The building includes a total of 96 one- and two-bedroom rental apartments.
