SGA|NW was charged with planning the redevelopment of a historic textile mill in a highly strategic, corner location opposite the St. Francis Hospital in downtown Greenville, SC. The project involves the restoration of the textile mill, the development of additional office space, and the design and creation of a public plaza at the apex of its triangular site. SGA|NW assisted with the acquisition of historic tax credits as well as with the annexation of the property into the City of Greenville.
