GF led the planning and redevelopment of a historic textile mill located at a strategic corner opposite St. Francis Hospital in downtown Greenville, SC. This project restored a key part of the city’s industrial heritage while also developing new office spaces and designing a public plaza at the triangular site’s apex. Greenberg Farrow assisted with the acquisition of historic tax credits and the annexation of the property into the City of Greenville.
