The new President and CEO of CEEUS was looking to provide updates to the outdated office and warehouse in West Columbia, SC. SGA|NW Design provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation of approximately 18,500 SF of office space, which included a new Level 2 secure entrance and an enlarged employee breakroom and canteen. Updates to the warehouse space consisted of a new covered warehouse, new truck entrance/exit, and a 50,000 SF laydown yard.
