GF provided architectural, landscape architecture, and interior design services for the new Stono Park Elementary School, a $16.5 million facility with a 500-student capacity. Located on a 5-acre site, the new 70,000 SF, two-story building replaces the original school, which was demolished. The master planning process addressed site limitations, including a floodplain, and optimized the building’s program and on-site circulation to meet CCSD Education Facility standards.
