Working with Vornado, GF renovated a landmarked building in SoHo for a prominent international retailer’s first U.S. location, as well as the upper floors of the buildings for luxury residential apartments in the Cast Iron Historic District. GF redesigned the landmark building’s core and shell for the existing building and its neighboring two buildings (478-486 Broadway). Adding to the complexity of the project, GF collaborated with a United Kingdom design firm under an expedited schedule for their 42,000 SF store.
