“The Addition” at 33-01 38th Avenue is a 94-unit premium residential building located in the heart of Long Island City. GF focused on sustainability by preserving the existing commercial warehouse rather than demolishing it. The design team added three stories to the original structure, transforming it into a modern, sophisticated residential building. The contrast between the original industrial warehouse and the contemporary addition reflects the dynamic evolution of the neighborhood.
