GF Design provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation and expansion of CEEUS’s office and warehouse facilities in West Columbia, South Carolina. The project included approximately 18,500 SF of office renovations, featuring a new Level 2 secure entrance, as well as an enlarged employee breakroom and canteen. Warehouse improvements included the addition of a new covered warehouse, a reconfigured truck entrance and exit, and the development of a 50,000 SF laydown yard.
