Krista Karlson

As the Managing Director of Charlotte, Krista Karlson AIA, LEED AP handles firm-wide operations from the day-to-day processes and procedures, production oversight and planning, and IT coordination. She continues to oversee project quality and employee performance to ensure its reputable standing.

With 25 years of experience in the architectural industry, Krista has worked for both large and small firms, leveraging her proficiency in design and construction administration. With experience in numerous sectors within the industry, including commercial, residential, higher education, civic and mixed-use projects, Krista tailors her management approach to fit the niche of a certain project.

Krista Karlson earned a Master of Architecture degree from Savannah College of Art and Design.
