Laura Helminski AIA, NCARB, a registered architect with over 13 years of experience, serves as the Managing Director at our Myrtle Beach office. In her role, she seamlessly combines expertise in construction and architecture, undertaking responsibilities as both Project Manager and Project Architect for our clients. Her architectural background encompasses diverse markets, including healthcare, K-12 education, industrial facilities, multifamily residences, resort planning and architecture, restaurants, and residential design.

As the Managing Director in Myrtle Beach, Laura is a dedicated leader to the client, project design team, and construction partners. Drawing from her beginnings in the construction industry, she has shaped her approach to project implementation, consistently delivering innovative solutions across a broad spectrum of project types. Laura’s project portfolio highlights her adaptability and proficiency in various market sectors such as municipal, K-12 education, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, resort planning, multi-family residences, residential, retail, and prototype design.
