Selected out of ten finalists, the top 2017 Bravo Award winner for the New Property of the Year was The Lexington Dilworth. This apartment property was developed, leased and owned by Marsh Properties. NarmourWright Architecture and Carocon Corporation worked closely together with the ownership team to design and build this unique community. The following was said at the presentation of the award:

“The Lexington Dilworth, family-owned and managed through Marsh Properties, designed and built The Lexington, along with NarmourWright (Architect) and Carocon (General Contractor). The magnificent design keeps with the Dilworth atmosphere of cottages and bungalows and fits in with the historic neighborhood of Dilworth.”

“No page was left unturned as The Lexington boasts 6 courtyards with water features, fireplaces & grilling stations, a chef inspired gourmet demonstration kitchen, business center with fresh, local coffee service and an executive conference room. An open air sky lounge on the top floor, poker & billiards tables, a pet spa and off lease pet area are all extremely popular amenities!”

Lexington Overview

“The Lexington Dilworth’s team opened the doors in November 2017 during a notably slow apartment season.  Within six months this property leased up by a brand new to leasing staff with incredible closing ratios. Lexington Dilworth truly showcases Historic Dilworth, Charlotte and the most important, a sense of home. The Lexington Dilworth is currently occupied at 97% occupied, welcome home!”

“Congratulations Team of the Year!”
