NarmourWright has recently completed multiple tenant up-fits. A tenant up-fit is the “fitting” of a newly acquired or designed space to accommodate the tenant’s specific needs. Changes are typically necessary because a new visual aesthetic is desired, corporate mandates, or for safety and building code requirements.
Ageless Remedies Southpark, a med spa and laser center located in Charlotte, NC has been a fixture in Southpark for 10 years. They provide the perfect blend of technology, service and satisfaction. NarmourWright designed Ageless Remedies approximately 2,200 SF retail expansion that included the adjacent space located at Morrocroft Village at Southpark. The space was an operating Nail Spa that moved out. The scope of work was a design-build approach between NarmourWright and a local contractor to fit-out the space for the high-end retail establishment, Ageless Remedies.
Pete & Pop’s Findery, located in Davidson, NC is a modern mercantile that offers unique finds for every kind. Their specialty products are crafted both locally and across the globe. You’ll find baby gifts, wedding gifts, hand-crafted toys, letterpress cards, gift wrap, candles, spa products, signature cocktail mixes, candy, games and essential items for a fabulous brunch and more. This tenant up-fit of approximately 1,100 SF, is located in the recently completed mixed-use project The Linden (also a NarmourWright project). The scope included a design-build between NarmourWright and the contractor, Southern Cottage Corp. to fit-out the space for the client, Pete & Pop’s Findery.
Monkee’s of Lake Norman, established in 2008 offers upscale women’s clothing, shoes and accessories from highly sought after designers. Monkee’s is also located in The Linden along side Pete and Pop’s Findery in Davidson, NC. Approximately 2,250 SF, the existing space was a vanilla box with 2 existing bathrooms and a ribbon slab. The scope of work was a design-build approach between NarmourWright and Southern Cottage Corp. to fit-out the space for a clothing retail shop. The shop was relocated from an existing space across the street.
Southern Native originally began as a home-grown, family run online and mobile lifestyle boutique. After a successful first year, Southern Native enlisted NarmourWright to assist in opening their first brick and mortar store with a down home vibe, located in Denver, NC and celebrated their grand opening on April 6, 2018. Southern Native offers women’s clothing and accessories that reflect the attributes of the southern accent along side their own brand, Southern Native. This 2,400 SF up-fit was a design-build between NarmourWright and Don Hartsoe Builders to fit-out the tenant space located in the newly completed Cambridge Village Shopping Center.
