The New Squire Hill Leasing Center & Clubhouse was designed for Weinstein Properties with construction being completed in 2012. The 11,500-square-foot, two level amenity building is tailored to students attending James Madison University. The building houses a leasing center, a clubroom, a game room, study & conference rooms, a fitness center, internet café, a maintenance room, and support for the community pool. The new facility is a part of a renewal and repurposing of an existing 30+year old apartment community.
