GF provided architectural design for the 11,500 SF, two-story New Squire Hill Leasing Center & Clubhouse, developed for Weinstein Properties to enhance student living at James Madison University. The facility is designed to foster community and convenience, featuring a modern leasing center, stylish clubroom, game room, study and conference rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an inviting internet café. The clubhouse also includes a maintenance room and support for the community pool. As part of a broader revitalization effort, this new space contributes to the transformation of a 30+ year-old apartment community, offering contemporary amenities tailored to student needs.
