GF Participates in Cycling Event to Raise Funds for MUSC Cancer Center
SGA|NW, a GF design company, a Carolina-based architecture and landscape architecture firm, will participate in the LOWVELO cycling fundraiser to support cancer research for the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center on Saturday, November 4th, in South Carolina. Our involvement in this event stems from SGA|NW’s strong commitment to making a meaningful impact on our community and advancing the battle against cancer. LOWVELO’s mission perfectly aligns with our values, as it seeks to raise funds for innovative cancer research at the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center, promote a healthier lifestyle, and celebrate cancer survivors. Each dollar we raise directly contributes to vital research efforts, bringing us closer to finding a cure.
Leading this initiative is Bill Eubanks, our Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture, who is passionate about making a difference in our community and helping to find a cure for cancer. Additionally, our CEO, Keith Johnston, will be representing our firm and leading this cause by traveling through the Lowcountry. Each dollar we raise directly contributes to vital research efforts, bringing us closer to finding a cure.
Ten of our team members will be cycling 20 miles through the Lowcountry in the Carolinas to support the cause alongside additional organizations, companies, and community members. To follow, MUSC Cancer Center will be hosting a Lunch and Learn at the company’s Charleston office to educate the staff about cancer research, prevention, and treatment. SGA|NW, a GF design company, is dedicated to supporting the Lowcountry community and giving back to those in need.
