GF provided architecture and interior design for 21-45 44th Drive, a seven-story, 70-unit condominium totaling approximately 85,000 SF in Long Island City, Queens. The building features a basement parking facility, fitness amenities, and common and private rooftop terrace cabanas. The exterior employs steel plate cladding, offering a contemporary interpretation of the neighborhood’s industrial loft-style architecture while responding to the area’s unique manufacturing-to-residential zoning.
