The GF team designed the 277 Wuxing Road project in early 2020. Located at No. 277 Wuxing Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai, at the junction of Xujiahui CBD and the former French Concession, this project gives insight into Shanghai’s commercial, historical & cultural values. The team created the new landmark in the former French Concession and trending Shanghai-style community. 277 Wuxing Road aims to be a high-quality commercial consumption and leisure destination for consumers.
With an above-ground area of 18466 square feet, 277 Wuxing Road consists of four buildings. Of these four buildings, three of the buildings are currently mixed-use, and one of them is a parking structure. Before this update, the complex hadn’t gotten renovated for many years and the project presented GF with challenges, including updating the existing structure, MEP and HVA, and more complications.
