GF provided architectural design services for a luxury residential community located in Charlotte’s Optimist Park neighborhood. The development includes 48 studio and one-bedroom units across two buildings, offering residents a high-quality living experience with convenient access to the LYNX Blue Line Parkwood Station, Optimist Hall, and the Cross Charlotte Trail.
The project balances upscale design with community impact—10% of the units are designated as affordable housing, contributing to a more inclusive range of living options within the growing neighborhood.
