72nd Street is a modern 18-unit premium residential building in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper West side. The GF architecture team conceived this design from the ground up with a façade consisting of limestone, bronze, and terrazzo surrounding large windows on the northern half of the edifice. The western profile features vertical strips of square windows and lightly scored stone panels covering the reinforced concrete floor slabs and perimeter walls.
