GF provided architectural design services for this 20,000 SF, $7 million addition to Horry-Georgetown Technical College’s existing Allied Health Building. The expansion supports the college’s growing dental program and includes smart classrooms, a state-of-the-art simulation room, dental x-ray, a sterilization room, and the Robert F. Freeman Community Dental Clinic. The facility was carefully designed to allow for safe, secure access while supporting efficient student and patient flow. Construction took place while the building remained fully operational. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
